With the Gleaming Depths release, there're new changes to perks. Starched Genes, formerly a perk under LUCK was moved over to ENDURANCE. Upon logging into the game, players are greeted with a notice about the perk changes.
If you play with mutations, it is a good idea to re-equip Starched Genes back on, so as not to lose your mutations when you pop RadAway.
