The Red Arrows and their French equivalent, the Patrouille de France, soared over London today to mark 80 years since Charles de Gaulle's resistance broadcast to occupied France.
The planes left RAF Brize Norton, Oxfordshire, at around 4.30pm and flew over Buckingham Palace just after 5pm on Thursday.
They also flew over Paris this morning, before making their way to London.
It comes as the French President has been welcomed to the UK to mark the 80th anniversary of General de Gaulle’s famous wartime broadcast.
