Some rain came in sloughing off the typhoon. I think it was getting Anny a little down. She is feeling a lot of pain and read to give birth.
I have a bit of Reef Tank update and a trip to get some Hong Kong Canton Style food. Nothing tastier than a 1000 year old egg!
Its really interesting what are in 1000 year old eggs. This is a excerpt from Wikipedia: Century egg or pidan (Chinese: 皮蛋; pinyin: pídàn), also known as preserved egg, hundred-year egg, thousand-year egg, thousand-year-old egg, and millennium egg, is a Chinese preserved food product and delicacy made by preserving duck, chicken or quail eggs in a mixture of clay, ash, salt, quicklime, and rice hulls for several weeks to several months, depending on the method of processing.
