Anh Cao is a 22 year old illustrator from Vietnam, she moved to England to study in 2014 and has since completed a degree in Illustration. She now works freelance in London, and is developing a name for herself due to her bold colour palettes and quirky character design. Anh has a passion for background design and concept art, as well telling stories through beautiful images.
