The Director of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS), David Vigneault, testified this Tuesday morning before the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs. This followed NSICOP’s report on foreign interference, which indicated that some Canadian parliamentarians were knowingly collaborating with foreign states.
