A community in Tampa, Florida is on edge as police search for what is looking like a serial killer on the loose. Three people including two Black men have been killed in one neighborhood in less than two weeks.

Benjamin Mitchell was shot and killed while walking to a bus stop on October 9th. Two days later, Monica Hoffa was gunned down in a vacant lot and on October 19th, Anthony Naiboa was shot and killed at a bus stop.
