Glimpses of Navaratri at Sringeri:
During sacred Navaratri, the Utsava Moorti of Devi Sharadamba is ceremoniously taken in a grand Dindi Utsava each evening through the main streets of Sringeri. This procession begins at the Sharadamba Sannidhi, graced by the divine presence of Sri Jagadguru Sannidhanam. Every day, the Utsava is accompanied by devotional offerings from members of various Satsanghas and Bhajana Mandalis from Sringeri Taluk and other regions of Karnataka. The Vedic recitations, devotional music, bhajans, and vibrant atmosphere make the Dindi Utsava a spiritually charged experience for aastikas.
