Government needs to look beyond the promising investment potential the country possesses especially in the area of natural resources as it seeks to become a competitive investment destination. The US envoy to Uganda Scot Delisi says more effort needs to go into real challenges the country is grappling with including poor infrastructure and pervasive corruption which have undermined the country’s business environment.
