Megrelian Kharcho is a thick and decadent Georgian beef stew with walnuts.

While the most common variation of kharcho is a spicy soup with beef and rice, this version hailing from the Samegrelo region of Western Georgia is thickened with walnuts and is deeply flavourful and one of my favourite Georgian dishes!
