Have you ever wondered what a buyers market means?

A cooling market means that there are more homes for sale than buyers available to purchase them.

It's good news for buyers, as it's less competition, and they can be more choosy.

However, for the seller, it could mean that you will see your house sit on the market for longer, and buyers will likely try and negotiate the price with you.

In addition, you may need to incentivize the buyer to purchase your home by helping them with their mortgage closing costs.
