The chief of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Yasin Malik has been arrested in Srinagar after he tried to stage a protest march against killing of a youth in security firing earlier this week.
The JKLF chief had gone underground on 8th June suddenly at Sarai-Bala after Friday prayers were over in local mosques. Separatists had made a call for a Valley-wide shutdown protesting the death of a civilian allegedly by security forces during a firing incident in Shopian district this week.
