For the granola cups:
2 mashed bananas
1 1/2 cups (gluten-free) oats/buckwheat flakes (360 ml)
1 tablespoon cinnamon

Filling:
1 cup (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (240 ml / 250g)
1/2 cup raspberries (120 ml / about 75g)

Toppings
berries/fruit of choice

1. Mix the bananas, oats and cinnamon together
2. Divide the mixture into greased muffin tin cavities, and press with a teaspoon to form cups
3. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees / 350 in Fahrenheit for about 25- 30 minutes
4. Let the granola cups cool down before adding the filling
5. Mix the raspberries and Greek yogurt together, mash the berries a little bit
6. Fill the granola cups with the yogurt filling and add berries/fruit of choice on top
7. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge
