Take a ride on the La Chute water slide at PumpHouse Indoor Water Park inside the Jay Peak Resort in Jay, Vermont, United States. At the time the slide was built, La Chute was the first indoor looping water slide to debut in an indoor water park in the US and is the only one being still in operation since Lasso Loop at Epic Waters was replaced by a trapdoor slide without an inclined loop. Despite its age, the slide is still quite smooth and does not hurt your back. According to the slide manufacturer, riders can reach speeds of up to 40 mph (64 km/h) on this ride.
