The final showdown! Just a week ago, we wrapped up the last WSK race at Cremona, where five of our drivers hit the track, each battling for trophies and striving for the best possible outcome. It was a challenging weekend for everyone, each facing their own set of difficulties. Some dealt with technical issues, others were adapting to new equipment and teams, while a few encountered bad luck and penalties. However, these weekends provide invaluable lessons.
After such experiences, it’s crucial to analyze what went wrong and why. We must lay everything on the table to reflect on our next steps as the drivers‘ management team. We need to consider whether we should change equipment, switch teams, adjust mechanics, or simply allow our drivers the time and space to navigate these challenges on their own.
Our role involves observing the entire environment surrounding each driver. When we have insights or instincts about the best course of action, we ensure to discuss and reach a consensus with our drivers. Every decision made is a collaborative effort, rooted in mutual respect. This unique approach is what makes us strong and sets us apart. 💪 The difference in a management approach lies in long-term experience, the ability to analyze situations without emotions, and the capacity to consistently find the right balance and path forward.
