The show will yet again portray the everyday ailments in the life of the common man -- in a very common setup of a typical fictionalised Indian village- Lapataganj. The story proceeds with a leap of 5 years but much like the previous season the people of Lapataganj struggle daily for basic facilities yet residing there happily.
