In this video the DIENST horizontal cartoner packs 60 bottles per minute
The machine is part of an entire line on which various baby bottles are assembled and packed.
The horizontal cartoner pushes the assembled bottles into the delivered cardboard folding box.
This is erected beforehand, and the base and lid are reliably sealed.
In the next step, the attached flap is bent backwards.
In the final step, a label is printed and glued to the bottom of the folding box.
The HK is designed for a total of 99 different folding box formats.
Mounted bottles are aligned and placed on the conveyor belt in the desired color combination.
