How does hot air welder work on the industrial fabric?
A hot air welder uses very precise heat, speed, and pressure to join thermoplastic industrial fabrics and films. The correct combination of these three parameters achieves a complete weld on an application. The hot air welding process compresses and blows air across electrical heat elements to apply and inject that heat at the welding point. The tightly controlled temperature ranges from 700°F to 1,350°F (400°C to 730°C). To ensure our customers have the best heat system for their application, it is best to speak with our expert. While hot air, hot wedge, and RF work for many applications, one may work better than the other depending on the application. DANREL will help you select the best technology for your application.
