We speak to Gill McKernan, who is a work-related learning co-ordinator and fundraiser at Barnardos High Close School in Wokingham. Gill has been part of the shool for 34 years. Her role in the Great Toy Run was to ensure all the Christmas Gifts given by the biking community are distributed to all the Barnados projects and to local charities. The Toys will go to children who would otherwise not receive Christmas presents.
