配方 Ingredients:
酸奶 250克
Yogurt 250 g
酵母3克 (1茶勺)
Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
白糖30克(2勺)
Sugar 30 g (2 tbsp)
中筋面粉300克 (2 杯)
All-purpose flour 300 g(2 cups)
盐1. 5克 (1/4茶勺)
Salt 1.5 g(1/4 tsp)
无盐黄油30克
Unsalted Butter 30 g (2 tbsp)
蔓越莓干 40克
Dried cranberries 40 g
葡萄干 40克
Raisin 40 g
放入预热好的烤箱175℃/350℉烤烤22-25分钟至金黄
Bake in a preheated oven at 175℃/350℉for 22-25 minutes to golden brown
