I tried to make this recipe apt for all who fast during navratras. There are a lot of variations of fasting recipes. So, you too can make changes to this recipe by skipping or adding ingredients of your choice.
I have shallow fried these cutlets to make it healthy.

Ingredients:
Sabodana/ Sago - 1 cup
Boiled,Peeled,Mashed Potatoes- 3 medium
Roasted and crushed Peanuts - 1/2 cup
Grated Ginger - 1 tsp
Crushed Coriander seeds- 1 tsp
Chopped green chilli - 3
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Amchur / Dry Mango Powder - 1 tbsp
Rock Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
Fresh Coriander leaves
Oil for shallow frying
