Explosion! This really hurt. Don't be silly like me and double check that all the pressured air in your compressor is completely out before taking off the main drain plug. I'm pretty sure what happened was some rusty debris clogged the drain valve. that's what made me think that it was completely empty. I let it drain for a long time so that to had me thinking, ok this thing is probably empty nope i was dead wrong. learn from my mistake friends.. triple check that your compressor is completely empty before removing drain plug.
