An effective way to get more muscular work out of lower (no) external load. Progress by doing more reps, more sets, decreasing torso incline, wearing a weighted vest, etc.
I've modified the original "Myo-Reps" system for bodyweight and low load exercises, great for assistance work for rowers as well as minimalist or at-home strength training.
