I was pretty shocked. Only then did I realize that the prejudice against vocational schools and the phenomenon of over compete, which is called the involution.had formed a vicious circle.
In nowadays, blue collars and white collars enjoy similar social treatment. In sometimes, blue collar workers earn even more. However, nobody wants to enter a vocational school and become a blue collar. So,it’s a question of what caused the over compete of white collar jobs. I have to say, It’s actually the bias against vocational school caused that. It stems from traditional values so almost everyone gets affected. all of us struggle for getting “superior jobs”and suffers from over compete. The involution we dislikes, because of our wrong traditional values. And what’s more terrifying is that involution breeds more wrong values— its hard to be a white collar worker so its better than other jobs huh ?
