James Harding is Senior Lecturer in Hebrew Bible/Old Testament Studies.
His research focuses on the way the Bible, particularly the book of Job, uses the riches of the Hebrew language to wrestle with the most challenging issues of life and faith. He is also interested in the Jewish background of the New Testament, especially the Dead Sea Scrolls, and teaches papers on the Hebrew Bible and early Judaism.
