How to maintain results after liposuction
1. Walk - Go for normal walk, it promotes healing plus prevents formation of blood clots or DVT( Deep Venous Thrombosis).
2. Exercise - Exercise should not be done immediately after the surgery .First go for walk, then slowly and steadily increase over a period of weeks. Heavy exercises should not be done before 6 weeks.
3. Good diet - Have a high protein diet along with that decrease the intake of carbohydrates .Have frequent small meals rather than one big meal.
4. Water intake - Increase the water intake as good hydration ensures good results as it helps in early satiety also.
