4 Hari Eliachi (Green cardamom)
1/2 Tsp Sabud Dhania (Coriander seed)
1/2 Tsp Jeera(Cumin seed)
3 Sukhi Lal Mirch (Dry Red chilli)
2 Tbl sp oil
2 Tbl sp Butter
1/2 cup Onion Paste
1 Tsp Adrak paste (Ginger paste)
1 Tsp Lasun Paste (Garlic paste)
1 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp White Pepper Powder
2 to 3 Tbl sp Water
1/2 cup Medium Khatta Ghada Dahi(Medium sour Hung Curd)
2 Tbl sp Kaju Paste (Cashew nut Paste)
2 to 3 Tbl sp water
2 Tbl sp Fresh Cream or Malai
250 Grams Paneer Triangle Cube (Cottage cheese)
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 Tsp Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek leaves)
3 to 4 Tbl sp Water
2 Tbl sp Grated Paneer(Grated Cottage cheese )
1 Tbl sp oil
1 small Simla Mirch Diced(Capsicum)
1 small Tomato cut in Triangle pcs
10 to 12 Adrak Julian (Ginger Julian)
2 Hari Mirch (Green Chilli)
2 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
