This selection, "The Creative Combo Diet," comes from "Feast or Famine," a video made in 1982, which features 32 short, humorous films about diets and dieting. No food was harmed in the making of these videos. Yes, I ate it all (except the olives—I don't like pimentos—but Carolyn ate them after I washed off the ice cream).

It was written, directed, filmed, scored, and edited by Tim McMullen, and it features "Half a Dozen Crazy Cousins," Carolyn Swanson and Tim McMullen, Rebecca LaRocca (nee McMullen) and Sam LaRocca, Sharron Zimmerman (nee McMullen) and Bruce Zimmerman, plus Jeff LaRocca and Julie Zimmerman. The video was made in honor of our family Thanksgiving gatherings, and it was first unveiled at a family Thanksgiving celebration in 1982.
