In this video, knife maker Walter Sorrells shows the making of a carpenter's marking knife using a lawnmower blade. These small knives are used in cabinet making to scribe precise lines -- for instance when cutting dovetails, mortises, tenons, etc. This is a fairly easy project which doesn't require many specialized tools or materials.
