"I got a cart where the hook reached precisely to the motorcycle's hook. I asked him one day, 'let's do it. Let's see if Santa Claus is willing to ride on the cart.' He summoned courage. 'May God help me', he said. He climbed on the car, and we drove off."

MOTORCYCLE SLED SANTA DELIVERS JOY IN ARGENTINA
Santa Claus arrived in the city of La Florida, in northern Argentina, on Friday to deliver gifts to children and spread the magic of Christmas, but instead of reindeers drawing his sled, it was a motorcycle.
Local man Jose Castillo, dressed as Santa Claus, delivered gifts that parents had purchased for their children.
But even children who are less fortunate are not left out, as he takes them bags of sweets donated by other parents.
This is the sixth year Castillo has played Father Christmas in La Florida, in the province of Tucman, some 1,400 (870 miles) kilometers west of the capital Buenos Aires.
The 53-year-old shoemaker rides on a red wheeled cart as he delivers gifts.
Residents like Erica Amaya said Castillo is rekindling the magic of Christmas.
Castillo first got the idea of taking the Santa role when he wanted to surprise his nephew, who was feeling sad by the separation of his parents.
Then at midnight on Christmas Eve, he sets off on his rounds delivering toys.
