The plot is simple and straightforward: in the world after the zombie apocalypse, there are very few people left who remained in their right mind. These are the Survivors. And they have to fight the Infected, of which there are many more Survivors. You may have seen this story before, but this does not mean that it will not captivate you. In the case of Left 4 Dead, the opposite is true: the usual plot will sometimes surprise you, especially when you do not expect it at all.
