I’ll be showing you my recipe for an indulgent pistachio and cardamom ice cream /kulfi
Ingredients needed
60 grams unsalted pistachio and a few extra for garnishing
60 ml of milk
300 ml of double cream
360ml of sweetened condensed milk
6 whole cardamom pods (if you prefer a milder taste of cardamom use 3 pods only )
This is really yummy and indulgent desert that will surely impress :)
Method
1: Puree 60grams of unsalted pistachios and 60 ml of milk
3: Powder the cardamom seeds
2: In a bowl whisk together the double cream, sweetened condensed milk and powdered cardamom seeds till cream is slightly whipped but still a soft creamy consistency
4: transfer to cups / moulds or a freezer container and freeze for 24 hours and then serve.
Optional to add some crushed pistachios on top when serving :)
