Malaysia has a new head of state. His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim was officially sworn in as the country's 17th king on Jan 31 morning. Hailing from the southern state of Johor, Sultan Ibrahim will helm the Federal throne for five years, as stipulated in the country's Federal Constitution. Afifah Ariffin with this report.
