Back when I was in Kindergarten in Parliament Oak School in Niagara-on-the-Lake, back in 1974, I one day got the idea to walk from the school home to my house all by myself, instead of waiting for my mom to get me. The distance was about 4 or 5 blocks. Of course the area is much different now as I describe what used to be there along the streets in the area.
