Hello my beautiful fam! Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you how to make the best salsa roja, my favorite for my tacos and all my dishes! This salsa is spicy but when you top it on top of guacamole or your tomatillo salsa, is just soooooo delicious it’s the perfect combo and it brings the spicyness down, I don’t know how to explain it but I just hope you give it a try ! 2 large tomatoes or 4 roma tomatoes
10 chile de árbol
1/4 white onion
2 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp oregano
3 tbsp oil
Salt
Black pepper
