This is what happens everytime I stick the throttle to the handlebar... I am clueless on this issue... WTF ?
***UPDATE*** I have fixed this issue Also needed a PCFC From Dynoteck Research ! Call Jim at Dynotech if cleaning the valves does not do it for you ! Here's how you clean the valves !
The transfer ports in The Power Valves where badly clogged !
- Step 1 Remove both Power Valves from sled...
- Step 2 remove the power valve cover and spring
- Step 3 wash all the oil that will be under the orange bellows fully
-Step 4 under the bellow you will see 2 tiny holes (not where the hose to the solenoid hooks up)
- Step 5 pour WD-40 (That's what I used) to the holes. Those holes are clogged... poke the holes with a small pin and clean with WD-40 to the ports...
-Step 6 Clean Power Valves Forks with oven cleaner wait 2 hours for it to soak in, then scrub with scotch brite and clean with WD-40 after and wipe clean...
-Step 7 reansemble
-Step 8 Always use a good synthtic oil for Power Valves not that crappy mineral oil... Only use mineral oil for break in after changing top end... After 2 tanks of gas switch mineral oil back to synthetic oil. Reclean Power Valves for optimal Power Valve performance.
Step 9 GO Ride !
Step 10 if this helped you, hit the Like button ! =)
