Supreme Court today issued 3 big judgements. Supreme Court today ruled that the lands acquired from farmers in Noida and Greater Noida will not be given back to them. Court also stayed a circular by the AAP government in Delhi which mandated filing of defamation cases against media organisations. Third Decision which is still pending is regarding Sahara chief Subrata Roy, whether he will be released on bail today?
