Emergency talks over Greece′s debt crisis have stalled once again.
Speaking after frantic talks in Luxembourg on Thursday，... the president of the group of 19 finance ministers in the euro zone， said the plans put forward by Greece were not serious or credible.
Since no deal was reached，... the President of the European Council Donald Tusk took the big step of calling a Euro Summit meeting for next Monday.
He tweeted that it was time to discuss the situation at the highest political level.
The International Monetary Fund has told Greece if they miss their one－point－eight billion U.S. dollar repayment on June 30th they will be in default.
