Our 210 denier HT Ballistic nylon certainly pushes the limits of what we tend to think of as “ballistic” nylon. Though it is 1/3 the weight of original 1050 Ballistic (5.8 oz per sq yard / 195 grams per square meter), it’s made with the same construction of two yarns woven side-by-side in a basket pattern. It’s basically the little sibling of our 525 denier HT Ballistic nylon, and features similarly twisted yarns (see the description of 525 denier HT Ballistic nylon for the skinny on why twisting the yarn is important).
