Artist and curator, Julien Cadoret is in charge of cultural action in the Institute of fine arts of Besançon/Franche-Comté. Over the years he developed a reflection around color as a critical element in fine art, which can take several forms, from painting to installation and more recently performance. He is the co-curator of the encounters of performances: Excentricités. Numerous exhibitions in France and abroad (Germany, Ireland, Japan, Portugal, Romania..) together with residencies have developed into a research group with other artists, together trying to translate the phenomenon “of agglutination”.
