Hi Guys, today I’m reviewing the BLACK+DECKER MX3200B Hand Mixer. It measures 9 inches long and 7 inches wide.

The mixer feels light in my hands, about 2 pounds.
The mixer has 6 speeds. It has a heel rest so you can set it down on the counter. The unit comes with 2 wire beaters, 2 dough hooks, 1 whisk, a storage box and an instruction manual.
Let’s test the hand mixer. First I’ll whip cream. This is 1 cup of cold heavy cream. Attach the whisk into either hole and push it in, it’ll lock. I’ll use speed 5 as recommended in the manual.
Push the eject button to release the whisk attachment.
Next I’ll make waffle batter using the beater attachments.
Don’t expect a low speed on this mixer. Even the lowest speed setting is very fast. Flour dust will fly even on the lowest speed so use a very big bowl.
Let’s try creaming butter and sugar to make cookie dough.
The Black & Decker Hand Mixer did a good job on the whipped cream, decent job on the waffle batter and cookie dough.
This is definitely a budget hand mixer as it is under $20. For that price, it does come with all the accessories you need. This Black and Decker Hand Mixer is a decent value for those who use a hand mixer infrequently. It’s good for cake batter, cookie dough and whipping cream.
