The winter rye I overseeded our pastures with last fall has gotten nearly 5 feet tall (the vetch is tall but not THAT tall)! I need to get the sheep on it so they can eat and mow the grass but they are on the other side of our property right now. I have to move them across our driveway using alfalfa pellets to incentivize them to follow me.
Some sheep decide to go another way so Little Buddy and I use our shepherd's crooks to wrangle the sheep back to their paddock.
