On April 25th, the first “Smart Road” project was opened in Ukraine. It envisages the use of the “Internet of Things” technology in the road sector to ensure traffic safety. This project aims to introduce intelligent transport systems using the latest telecommunications standards, and has the prospect of becoming a full-fledged part of Smart City.
