Pythium (Damping-Off) is common on younger plants (seedlings).

Where To Look:
Typically found at the base of the stem and soil point of intersection.

How to Prevent:
-Keep tools and containers clean and sterile.
-Control Fungus gnat larvae as these can aid in the spread of Pythium, especially in grow room conditions.

How to Control:
-Difficult to control once established.
-Make sure irrigation water is also clean (disease free).
