The Chief Inspector of Hospitals in England has told 5 News that too many of them still aren't good enough. Two thirds are judged as 'needing improvement' and Professor Sir Mike Richards warns changing that will take a long time. One - Queen's Hospital in Burton-upon-Trent, has just been taken out of special measures but itself is rated as requiring improvement - so what does that mean for staff and patients?
