Indigo & Air India Close call at Mumbai Airport

This could've ended up in a disaster. On 8th of May, an Indigo aircraft came as close as 1700 feet of Air India which was taking off from the same runway at Mumbai Airport. This could have been disastrous if Air India took a little longer or if it decided to abort the takeoff, additionally the wake turbulence could have been really dangerous for indigo aircraft. The Air traffic controller has been taken off from duty, and Indigo, in their defense said that they were cleared to land by the ATC.
