July 22nd is Glioblastoma Awareness Day (GBM), the most common type of brain cancer in adults. On this day we celebrate survivors, those who lost the battle and those working towards a cure or helping to provide the best quality of life to those suffering from this aggressive disease.
Nanolive technology is focused on helping researchers achieve the best results, earlier and faster, contributing to the advance towards a cure.
In this video, we observe the morphological changes glioblastoma cancer cells undergo after exposure to gold nanorods, in a study conducted by Dr. Joanna Depciuch, from the Institute of Nuclear Physics Polish Academy of Sciences.
