This Item: Bamboo Chicken Biryani

This Bamboo Biryani was tasty, made with medium spicy green chicken, and flavourful rice. However, do not expect same taste as original Bamboo Biryani in Maredumilli forest or Araku Valley area in Andhra.

Please note that they cooked it on Charcoal, but they don't seem to cook it fully (end to end) on charcoal in the most authentic way. But it definitely tasted good out of limited Bamboo Biryani options available in Hosur & Bangalore.
