I got this Sebo X4 in for repair recently. I listened to the owner, who was sure the motor had burnt out... I listened to him rather than my instinct and went straight for it, however the owner was wrong! The fault turned out to be really simple, and we should have checked the basics first. Let's get this Sebo X4 working well once more and fix the ACTUAL issue!
