if you have a failed installation the commands are:

-(64 bit): "c:\program files (x86)\windows live\installer\wlarp.exe" /cleanup:all /q

-(32 bit): "c:\program files\windows live\installer\wlarp.exe" /cleanup:all /q

press start and type

cmd

run as administrator

type in:

cd c:\program files (x86)\windows live\installer\

press enter then type

wlarp.exe /cleanup:all /q
The uninstallation will then run.
