Over the last 3 years, I've made bowls, lidded boxes, and hollow forms, but never a lidded bowl. I like experimenting in my shop so I wanted to try making a lidded bowl. If that wasn't experimentation enough, I wanted to paint perfectly good wood. Now I know that's going to upset some people, but I really like the contrast between the rich dark walnut and the blue paint. I think it turned out pretty well, but I'm biased. Please let me know down in the comments what you think.
